POOL RULES

• Pool rules are posted on the bulletin board when you enter.
• Please do not change baby diapers on the pool deck. Use the family bathroom to change your baby.
• Always supervise younger children in restrooms.
• Please supervise your children on the lawn area. This area is for organized activities, such as cornhole, beach volleyball, disc golf.
• A Member must be at least 15 years old to come to the pool without an adult.

POOL RESERVATIONS

Members are encouraged to use the Pool Bookings section of the HGC APP before arriving at the pool, in addition to checking in upon arrival. Members are required to alert pool staff at check-in that guests are present.

TOWEL SERVICE

Towel Service is available. Please try to use one towel per person per visit. Pick up your towel at the front desk when you arrive and please return your towels to the laundry area near the diving board. Please do not leave towels in the bathrooms.

FOOD SERVICE

On a regular basis food service is available at the Pool Café. While the Café staff will be present on the pool deck clearing the cups, plates and trash from the tables, they are not instructed to take food or beverage orders. Please keep young children from approaching the Café counter to place an order, as Pool Café staff cannot be sure the child’s order is authorized by the parents. When ordering, please use the HGC APP and know the table number where you are sitting. The Café staff will be happy to deliver the completed order to your table. The Kitchen closes 30 minutes before the pool closes.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is not permitted in the pool complex area.

CELL PHONE POLICY

The use of cell phones for the purpose of voice communication is prohibited at the pool. Please leave the area if you need to make or receive a call.

GUEST POLICY

MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY – each family with pool privileges may bring up to 4 guests to the pool. SATURDAY – each Family with pool privileges may bring up to 2 guests to the pool. The guest fees are as follows. Children under 15 years of age $15. Adults Monday – Thursday $20. Friday thru Sunday, & Holidays $25.

SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY – No guests are permitted with the exception of adult children and grandchildren of Members with pool privileges. While they are an exception to the “no guest policy,” adult children and grandchildren are still guests, and a guest fee must be paid. Parents and grandparents of Members with pool privileges will also be considered exempt from the “no guest policy” and may be brought to the pool as guests and the appropriate guest fee will be charged. The maximum number of exempt family members (adult children, grandchildren, parents and grandparents) that may be brought to the pool is 4.

POOL GUEST POLICY CLARIFICATION

All guests must be accompanied at all times by an HGC Member with pool privileges and the appropriate guest fee will be charged. No guest may enter the pool complex without the HGC Member. Adult children, grandchildren, parents and grandparents of Members with pool privileges are not exempt from this policy. The Board and the Pool Committee have endeavored to set the Pool Guest Policy in a manner that would be fair to all and maximize the enjoyment of the facility for all HGC Members. Please take the time to understand and cooperate with the Pool Guest Policy.

THE POOL SCHEDULE

The pool opens on a limited weekend basis beginning Memorial day weekend ~ Saturday, Sunday, and Monday ~ Followed by every Saturday and Sunday thereafter, until June 19th, 2025 when the pool opens full time (see schedule below)
